1. Prices

All product prices shown on bodybronze.biz website are excluding VAT. Shipping is also added but exclusive of VAT

2. Delivery and Returns

All items are sent via ROYAL MAIL and are tracked and logged until delivered. You will receive e-mails for every transaction and the status of your product. If you are not in a card will be left and a telephone number to collect. If an item is then not collected within a further 3 days it will be returned to sender.


If your item is returned to sender and therefore needs to be resent you (the buyer) will have to pay £5.00 for re-delivery.
Due to fraud we do not dispatch orders to PO Boxes, Hotels and any other institute we deem as a potential high risk fraud area.

Please note if you wish to return an item you must let us know by telephone or email within 7 days. All returns must be received back within 14 days from purchase, sealed and intact with all relevant information. Your money will be refunded within 28 days.

3. Ordering

All products ordered online will be sent confirmation via Google checkout. With us having no control over the buying of products 24/7 if for any reason we run out of stock of any product it will usually be dispatched from backorder within 5-10 working days. In extreme cases where the product is no longer available, a full refund will be issued. If any of the latter occur you the buyer will receive an e-mail explaining and giving you options.

4. Payment

We accept all major debit and credit cards. These are processed immediately and securely through Google checkout.

6. Privacy

We do protect your privacy and with the data protection laws we do not pass on, sell or use any information given. You have the opportunity to opt in or opt out of any e-mail advertising and newsletters from the site.

7. Website Content

For information and products on the site if unsure you should still consult with a Doctor if on medication or any other ailment known of. You must consult your doctor if you are unsure about taking any weight loss or dieting products or any other product on this site.

8. Our Responsibilities

Due to the nature of the Internet and online buying all products are based on available at time of checking stock basis. Access to the Internet can get interrupted from time to time. We are not liable in circumstances where we are unable to provide Internet services for any reason beyond our control. We cannot guarantee that our Website will be uninterrupted or error free. Bodybronze.biz and AJP Marketing and owners shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this website. We will also not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your transmissions or data which are beyond our control.
